My capstone course's design project's topic was Improving Inventory Stocking System and Redesigning Layout for Better Work Flow in a Bicycle Repair Shop, of which our company sponsor was the non-profit, Front Yard Bikes (FYB). The presentation my team and I presented with at the end of our project is attached. This presentation highlights the solutions our team generated, proposed, and implemented alongside the engineering analysis conducted to show the benefits to these solutions. The project's duation was a full academic year as our capstone inudstrial engineering course is two semesters long.
Within my methods and systems engineering class I wrote several reports on small studies conducted within a lab environment on work measurement techniques, such as line balancing. This report which highlights my technical writing is attached on the left.
Within my English 2000 course which was centered around food topics, I wrote an evaluative essay one a cookbook called Basic Asian: Everything you need for yin and yang in the kitchen. This essay which highlights my essay development is attached on the left.
Within my engineering graphics for mechanical engineering course, I constructed several graphics of parts using AutoCAD. My course project to draw a Step Bearing is attached on the left.
